A Lost “All Flesh” Song

Audio Production for Myself, The Musical History, The Words and Music | January 1st, 2010

When I returned to Minneapolis in 2001, I had a few of the instrumental demos from the Seattle version of All Flesh (1999-2000). One of them was a ‘Seattle Original’, of which Jonathan Spooky-J wrote the music while I adapted some old poetic ideas into complete song lyrics, but we never got around to recording the vocals (another long story; I’ll get to it eventually).

Fast forward to Minneapolis in early 2002. I was dating a sexy young lady with an incredibly sexy and dark singing voice. While recording The Banned, I had her put down the vocals to that Seattle track, then completely forgot about it until a few days ago. I was searching “all flesh” on The Google, and I found Fauxface’s (her online name) posting of the song.

And here it is. Enjoy.
